Honestly, I am a hardcore non-vegetarian but I still do eat Veg on counted days, as per some religious norms. Yeah, there are some vegan meal which wouldn't say 'No' to, because howsoever its meat-less, its healthy! Also if you are a gym person, I'd definitely recommend you to strictly follow on with vegan based food, adding on you must pick a cooking oil that has the least amount of saturated fat in it. Coconut and canola oils are your best bets. Here's few to my favorites whom I love.
